Description
This lesson provides an overview of the events that occurred in the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire. Students will watch a documentary about the Triangle Fire from American Experience. I really like this video because it makes connections to both the labor and Progressive movements and the language used is accessible to middle-grade students. The guide I created keeps students engaged with and thinking about the video without overwhelming them with writing. You can view more in the preview here. – Triangle Fire Video Guide
