Jamestown Investigation Critical Thinking Student Compare Theories 13 Colonies

Description

For this lesson, students investigate why the Jamestown settlers died so quickly when they settled in Virginia. The weigh the reliability of 4 different theories and analyze the evidence associated with those theories. There is a graphic organizer and an exit ticket already provided for easy analysis. There are also three pages of interactive illustrated notes to help students understand the historical information, including Pocahontas, John Smith, the reasons for settlement, and the influence of tobacco.
